Managing Section 8 Developments Within Specific TAR Accounts

As Tenmast works through your migration, we need to know the development name and account name that is associated to a tenant account in the setup of Tenant Accounts Receivable (TAR) that is a HAP account or S8 Repayment/Fraud account. Please provide information on the:

• S8 tenants,
• S8 landlords, and/or
• Housing authorities that are associated with a port-in tenant in these developments

You don't need to include any information on your dual subsidy or tenants associated with that specific TAR account.
