Automated Reporting Now Available for Tenmast University Progress

Tenmast is excited to announce the introduction of new automated reports for agency progress in Tenmast University. Graduating from Tenmast University is an integral part of the Go Live process for not only migration clients but new clients as well. Beginning Monday, August 11, the project managers at each housing authority will receive automated reports by email. These reports will help you stay on top of your agency’s progress as you reach for the 80% graduation rate. Here’s how you can view the reports:

1. You will receive an email from the Tenmast University Administrator with the subject line “[Agency Name] Weekly TU Completion Rate Report.”

2. Open the email and click on the CSV attachment to open it in Excel.

3. The report lists all members of your agency (alphabetically by first name) and provides the completion rate of each course for each staff.

4. Select all the cells and then double-click on the line between columns to auto expand all columns to appropriate widths.

5. Left-click in any open cell and type the following:
=AVERAGE(D:D)

6. This number is the overall completion rate for your agency.

If you have questions about these reports, please email the Migration Team at migration@tenmast.com.
